Counterstamptastic New Member United States 13 Posts	Posted 12/28/2013 03:09 am Strange. The "O" in the word "DOLLAR" has become unravelled. This had been in circulation and nobody noticed the error until I found it. Anyone have any ideas about what is going on here?
