I was at my LCS this morning, listening to stories and rummaging through a junk bin and this little cent spoke to me. Looks like a lamination with improper alloy (woody). What would it grade?

The photos suck for grading, there's actually much more detail on the top of the wheat than what shows... that's me being lazy and not taking the coin out of the 2x2 or using a tripod.
