I bought a one ounce silver panda 2009 from APMEX,when I first bought it, it was nice and shiny, a year later a brown spot started to appear on the coin . did anyone happen to them before? should I try to take it out or I will destroy the value of the the only test I did with it, is the magnetid and sound test. could this be fake? no it came in the regular capsule, I removed it with gloves and placed it in the new capsule, which I regret.

I would return it for a replacement coin.

Looks like oxidation (tarnish) or a toning spot. At some point it was probably handled or touched and the oil from a finger or something got on the coin and caused a toning spot. Toning or tarnish is a natural chemical process that happens to silver over time. Unless it was there when you bought it, APMEX will not replace it.
