EF Details, obv and rims a little banged up..
Probably worth VF money, good candidate for an upgrade..

Typical VF. There are many 1928's in this exact condition, i.e. nice but a little banged up.

Banged-up, but not to the degree where a TPG would give it a Details grade, I think. Stuff happens in circulation.
