Go to http://www.coppercoins.com, and to the top left choose "die variety search"
On the next page, put the year in the top box
Choose the mint mark affected
and towards the bottom check the box for "mint mark varieties"
Hit go.

There are over 150 Mint mark varieties in the 1960-D year. You can look through those and each will show you a few markers or additional areas to try and match up "markers" to further confirm the variety.

It takes a while, believe me. I am going through a 5,000 count mint sewn bag of the 1960-D on what little free time I have.

Sort of looks promising as an "east" or "right" D/D variety. Direction is also searchable on coppercoins, try that first, then if noting looks promising, just do the entire year of RPM's.

You might want to check for markers.
