I'm not familiar with "water rescue", did you dive into a wishing well, hehe.

If it was in water a long time that might explain the striations but it just looks too crisp on the lettering and veins in the leafs to have had running water ware it down

nice find and pretty too

I underwater metal detect this was in about 5' and down about 8" in the sand. Ty ASLAN
