Usually I stay with PCGS and NGC. On occasion I have purchased a few higher graded ICG coins for the price of the coins graded by PCGS 2-3 grades below. I am better than 50% at crossing them at my estimated grades. You can really get a good deal if you look hard enough. Have not had much luck with NTC or PCI.
