Coin #1 is a Washington-Carver Half from 1952

Coin #2 is a Booker T. Washington Half from 1946

Coin #3 is a Columbian Exposition Half from 1892 which was struck to raise funds for the exposition held in 1893 in Chicago.

Value wise I have no idea, perhaps someone more versed in commemoratives can assist you with that.

All 3 are silver (90%) and all are worth roughly $15 to $20 numistically...

Those are 3 of the more commonly found commemortaives - I particularly like the Columbus (Columbian Expostion coin).

The first coin is a Carver-Washington commemorative half-dollar; the coins were issued from 1951 through 1954. It is a common coin. Your example is in circulated condition and worth little more than its silver content. A coin dealer would likely offer you less than $10 for the coin (if they were interested in it for their inventory).

The second coin is a Booker T. Washington commemorative, the coins were issued from 1946 through 1951. All of the comments made about the first coin apply here as well.

Your last coin is the first US commemorative coin, it was issued to help fund the World's Columbian Exposition that was held in Chicago in 1893. It is a very common coin. Its value in circulated condition is $15 or less.

Hope that helps!

The Columbus coin from the Chicago Columbian Exposition in Chicago has an interesting story behind it from the expo to the coins but you want the 1893 version because a lot of them were melted down.

Not a fan of Columbus and not a fan of the expo, I keep it only for sentimental value.

This site has an article on it.

Concur with the above comments regarding these coins and their approximate current values.

You seem to have some interest in this series ... any other classic silver commemorative to share?

I always liked the German Commems, although as near as I can tell, they aren't worth much more than silver content either. I picked up a few some years back for a little over spot price. Still nice coins, though.
