I finally got mine in the other day. I like the 4 piece set. I showed them to friends and family members and most of them did not even know that those coins were going to be minted. Nice conversation piece.

Berry: a congressman actually helped you out with a mail problem? Wow, Iv got to ask was he/she a friend of yours? By the way, how was the replacement set? Better than the first set I hope?

I returned them before reading your message BErry. I did get delivery confirmation, with insurance on Priority mail shipping. I do home that is enough evidence of me returning them?

gonefishing,

My congressman (one of his administrative aides), State of New Jersey, contacted the U.S. Mint in Washington D.C., with my complete file in his possession and with the proof from the Post Office that the package was delivered and received at the Fulfillment Cent in Memphis, TN. I fought the Mint for almost five (5) months with no results. The Congressman got my coins exchange in less than two (2) weeks. The 20th Ann Sets are still in the sealed box from the Mint and eventually will probably sell the sets within the sealed box. I have no idea what is in the box which is one of the fallacies of the TPG requirements for certifying the 20th Ann Sets. No, I do not know the Congressman, but he is a great advocate for the 4th District in New Jersey and is a Veteran's best friend. His name is Chris Smith!!

Berry,

way to go. Its great that Mr. SMITH took that time to help you out. You did the right thing by keeping all of your evidence and phone calls. It is worth the time to document these types of transactions
