full steps are hard find in the war set coin.

MS65. The fields are clean and I don't see any real contact marks. Nice coin!

i paid $15.00 - the dealer was "asking" $30.00. not sure why, but this coin caught me eye from across the room. a decent price for a decent coin, IMO. I figured it was at least an MS65 - wasn't sure on the steps until another dealer looked at it and said "hey, it's got full steps, nice!"
