Yeah, I think I'm onboard with VF20. Tough call on surface originality but I lean towards "original."

i always say a water and rag wipe from 1894 is more than acceptable

the obverse looks F15 for sure and the reverse is stronger but for such a common type year I would go more conservative based on the obverse and stick with F15. Also, whats that chatter starting at S2 and moving upwards? Is that a bunch of nicks along the surface?

Reverse is mid VF, obverse is barely VF. I'll call it VF20.

The keys to look for when grading Seated coins in the F-VF range is the shield and neckline. This has a nice strong outlined shield and there is detail to the neckline and hair. I think this is a VF-25 coin. As dsfree pointed out there seems to be some chatter in the obverse fields and a pin scratch through miss liberty's midsection.
