20 maybe 25, however, coin appears to have been cleaned in the past and the surfaces are not looking real good. this one would most likely get a details grade

VF-20 for certain. I don't think it has been cleaned.
Rather was banged up in normal circulation.
(The bits and pieces of scratches and gouges follow no discernible pattern to me.)
Collecting circulated pieces requires accepting reasonable wear and tear.
If you want "PERFECT," look for slabbed ms-65 and above.
And be prepared to pay big money.

vf-20. The surface marks look normal for circulation, but I agree that it looks cleaned.
