You need more light; photos are too dark. Gonna go with MS63 with this one too.

My problem is that when I get more light I create a shadow over the coin. In some of my previous post it has been said that I need a more "overhead" shot of the coin instead of at an angle. What is the trick to having plenty of light and not creating a shadow? I'm a newbie at this.

Depends on what you're calling a "shadow." The usual technique is camera square over the coin, with lighting directly above - as close to the lens as possible - and located at 10:00 and 2:00 (roughly) to the coin. Result:

Yes, some areas are a bit darker than others, but it's a pretty fair representation of the coin and those dark areas are just as you'd see it with your own eyes in person.
