LOL :) It's definitely either this or this, which would be, um, six emperors? That said, the legend (however little remains) looks like Arcadius to me (it's definitely not Honorius - too few O's - and everyone else is too long; if anything, Arcadius is also too long, but I can't see a shorter possibility).
