I'm sure the price will drop. Because of inflation too many bank notes are in the market and at UNC.

Quote: from the NumisMaster article: The note has the distinction of being the highest denomination coin or paper money issue ever. Actually, it doesn't. That record is still held by post-WWII Hungary; the numerically highest face value note they issued was 100 quintillion pengo (that's 10 to the twentieth power, or a 1 followed by 20 zeroes). There's a picture of one on the Wikipedia article on hyperinflation. Of course, at the rate the Zimbabwe dollar was collapsing, it would have only taken a few more weeks for them to catch up. The Zimbabwe Reserve Bank quit while it was still behind. However, as the pinnacle of the second-worst episode of hyperinflation in history, the Zimbabwe 100 trillion dollar note carries the honour of being the numerically highest face value note in the English language.

I bought a set of them back when they were cheap as part of a lecture on exonumia. Looks like I actually bought something cool and increasing in value. Having said that, the bottom is sure to drop out any second so you should wait until I lose my money and then buy a set. :)

The "problem" with that Hungarian banknotes is that the number is not indicated .... si if you don't speak Hungarian you don't unbderstand it.

This is an interesting case study in Worth vs. Value, not just Hyper-inflation. Two years ago they went for $1.25 (sorry amida), now they are going for ~$20. Two Years ago these Walker's would have gone for ~$30, I just picked them up for $10 each a few days ago. If you love something it has Value with no regard to Price. Stay Tuned for the Next exciting adventure of "Ben and the Walkers Vs. the 100 Trillion Dollar Bill" will it be "Silver Cuts Paper" or "Paper ROCKS!"
