You have what is known as a "radiate", or an extremely-debased-silver antoninianus, of Roman emperor Claudius II, struck sometime around AD 268-270. On the reverse is the legend FELICITAS AVG, "the happiness of the Emperor". The standing figure is the personification Felicitas (Happiness), holding a caduceus (the staff with two snakes on it) and a cornucopia. You can see several more examples of this coin on this Wildwinds page.
Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis
