I would grade the coin at VF. As to value Severus Alexander is a popular and common emperor to collect and the value is what a collector is will to pay for one in this condition.

Yours is a pretty coin.

Here are a few sold Severus Alexander/Abundantia denarii from CNG archives:

I've noticed that often these Sev. Alex. (and Gordian III) coins are sold in lots of multiples rather than individuals, perhaps because of their abundance.
