60 obv with a 65 rev gives it a 62 in my book.

The 87-S is almost always heavily bagmarked, it's well known for this. This coin does not appear to be so. As for a grade, can't tell for sure with these photos.

I'm OK with 62. Have a close look inside the mint mark for doubling, in the center loops.
