Your coin is incredibly well struck! I see absolutely no wear. No significant nicks or hairlines. Could have been cleaned many years ago, I just can't tell. I'm upping my grade to MS66.

If it is PR4, the die roughness behind the eye is there, but it is absent on the cheek/jaw. Looks like a cleaning took off those spots.
my book is "the flying eagle & Indian cent attribution guide" 2nd edition, volume 3: 1870 - 1889.
