west- canuk, they look to be 1-cent's (Penny's). As far as the symbol/hit/counterstamp I'm not sure what it is.

its a 1963 pennie its not a counterstamp symbol is raised some look like they are doubled

these came from a bunch of 1963 rolls I bought I am going back to buy the rest he has to see if theres more of this type
