the odd part is it's a sharper image then a regular almost DDO i'd guess but the clarity is spot on. the only thing that is odd in shape really is the cheese roll and corn are higher raised then a normal coin.. Just wondering if anyone can tell me more about it. Also I used a friends phone to take the picture and I can post others but if your able to zoom in then you can see the letters AM are closer and the text is thicker as well as the date is smaller. Thank you guys for your inpute! I'm so glad I joined this site for help

See if you can measure the diameter of each coin.
I could be wrong, but one seems to be slightly larger than the other.

I know the edge is thicker but I don't have a way to messure it. Also now that I place one on top of the other it appears to be smaller is coin length but taller in coin thickeness.... This coin is cool lol

It appears that you may have a quarter struck on a different planchet.

Maybe a Canadian planchet?

I don't see how two different hubs would explain two different-size planchets.

Yes that's true, I was only looking at the design elements:-P,
Perhaps one was slightly shrunken? I remember reading about them here once.

Was the U.S. Mint producing any foreign coins in 2004? I can't seem to find any data past 2000.
