Looks to be a partial out-of collar strike, which caused the dime to be bigger than a regular strike

Many people would call it broadstruck, but actually, most of the dimes like this from 2002 to present, are partial collars, as Dave stated regarding this piece. It's a rather large partial collar strike, and that's why it's easy to understand the confusion.

Thanks for the information. I have some old coins that I am trying to sell. I have this listed on e-bay, listed as a broadstrike. Do you think I should pull it. I don't want to mislead anybody.

I went ahead and cancelled the coin. I have been burnt on e-bay, I don't want to burn someone else.
