What should I do with all my 1982-2012 US pennies I live in Canada and have hundreds of dollars worth.

Well...you could, search for varieties, sell them on ebay as "unopened" rolls, keep them and hope the value rises, or I suppose take them to your local bank and exchange them for Canadian Dollars. (I'm just assuming that you can still do that easily, it's been a number of years since I was last in Canada).

Other than that, there's not much you really can do with them (unless you want to get crafty or use them as washers).

But, what do I know...let some other people chime in.

In everyday talk they are referred to as "pennies".
But a coin collector should refer to them as "CENTS" (look at the reverse side).

If your bank lets you deposit rolled US coin then take advantage of these exchange rates. The USD may go even higher, but it could go lower, just take them to the place with the best rate because banks take a huge cut from that.

Comes up all the time. And Quarters are known as 2 bits and it doesn't say that on the Quarter either. Curreny has names like saw buck, bills, fin, etc and doesn't say that on them either. Even with cars people say Chevy, and that too is not on the car. I think we should all write the government and tell them to change Cents to Pennies. Now that makes CENTS.
As to the post question. I suggest you look through them for error coins. Then simply post all the rest as UNSEARCHED. Every one does that you know.

I wouldn't use them as washers, the hole would expose the zinc and cause your washer to eventually rot away.
