The language on the medal is Polish, but given that Poland was a Communist country in 1982, I suspect it was not actually made in Poland. The medal commemorates the 600th anniversary of the Jasna Gora monastery.
As for value, it's difficult to say. Religious medals are not, as a whole, well catalogued nor heavily collected and come in a bewildering array of types and designs, so finding an identical medal is very difficult. In this case, even typing in the exact phrase "600 lat jasnej gory 1982" into a Google image search returns lots of medals, but not this particular one. It certainly isn't worthless - I assume it's fairly large, so the copper alone is worth a couple of dollars - but it probably isn't worth very much.

Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis
