So I went to the local 7 11 today and got a Indian Head penny in my change. Was wondering if its worth anything?

It's priceless. How many Indian Head cents do you suppose you'll ever get in change? Its probably one of a kind

Great find.

Then again, to someone else it's worth about a buck.

Your right there, the only one I've ever got in 26 years. I'll consider this my lucky penny

money wise- a buck or two. sentimentally though it is priceless. I've found a few roll hunting and I can still vividly remember the thrill. :)

There are slightly crazy collectors out there (like me) who spend coins like this is these stores. I personally spend Liberty nickels... at least 40 or so of the 100 I bought one time (dirt cheap) at the coin club auction.

Not something you see in change. Usually at the store someone would have or should have grabbed that. Nice find.
