I picked this 1892 Barber dime up a while back I didn't look it over real well when I bought it. I noticed that it has 2 spots on the obv that look like extra silver? Then a spot on the top of the crown to me the spot at the top of the crown looks like damage? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Those lumps would be die chips. Small pieces of the die broke off and the planchet metal expanded into the voids as the coin was struck, resulting in irregular blobs. You will occasionally see chips in similar locations on other Barber dimes so it is not a rare occurrence. The value would not be affected much but it would probably garner a few extra dollars on ebay.

I concur with the die chip analysis.
