detail is perfect and I can see the wisps of luster that exist on the reverse up in the TWENTY. You can tell by the subtle changes as you move inward towards the center of the relief that this coin cartwheels around the peripherals and that luster mutes as you move inward toward center.
the other $10 does not display this and that is what prompted my other comment that it looked cleaned.

Looks like it could grade around a mid AU. I usually would like to be able to make out the luster before giving a numerical grade which as you ave already mentioned, I am not having an easy time doing.
Just in case you weren't sure, the mint mark is located right above the date.

Looks like the scan is the problem. Coin looks AU-55 and I'm sure in hand there is subdued luster on it.
