That is normally the case with Gothic florins; there are far more high points on the reverse, and they tend to protect the whole of the reverse better. Gothic florins can bring big money in Unc. or better, because they copped a lot of circulation. They completely replaced the half crown in issue for about 20 years. Report this Post to the Staff
