I'm baaaaccckkkkkk.... been on a hiatus the last few months due to the passing of my mother. While up in New York I had time to look through some coins she left for me. Most of them were non-issues like tons of Ikes of little value and some silver Peace dollars and one Morgan. Normally that wouldn't be post worthy to me until I found a boat load of pennies so after finally going through them, I found a 1955 Canadian no strap penny graded at f-12. Imagine my surprise, wahoo! Now between a few new firearms and those coins I had no idea of it's value until three days ago. There is nothing like a semi-valuable penny to make me smile. .....Ma always could make me do that!

Sorry to hear about your mother. I assume you are referring to the 1955NSF penny. Nice find, I can't find even find one in Canada. Was it marked as 1955 NSF or was it in an unsearched lot of pennies from your mom?
