not only that but the "S" mint mark is not centered. both reverse dies have centered S, and one has a tilt to the right. this one looks a little off to the left and high.

Absolutely no way this coin could be authentic. "No returns accepted" = HUGE red flag.  Run away. |

Date is set further right than "the" obverse die for this date/mm. Fake....

The fact that it looks AU and is not graded. . . . . Yep. Fake. There's no way this coin would survive into 2014 having never been graded. This, along with all the other "red flag" diagnostics presented so far. However, this fake looks much better than the others I have seen. Any thoughts on its origin from somewhere other than China?

It almost looks like whoever made it took a genuine S mint reverse and paired it with a 189X obverse. Then they removed the last digit and created their own 3.
