So I got lucky at the bank machine today and got this.  It is only the second radar note I have ever found. (The first was a four digit $5 I accidentally spent!  ) It seems to be in decent shape. Also if I decide to sell it do you guys think I should sell it now or hold on to it for a while.

That note has seen a bit better days that's for sure!
I right now feel like there's a lot of people that are willing to pay a premium for RADARS.... but given this condition... I think you may be happy with a hammer price of $30

 30.oo .......Yu note I think can be called a rotator note (The 8 in middle is same upside down)..........nice  still is a radar note too,,,,

No.. this is not a rotator...
For this to be a rotator.. ALL the numerals must be able to be rotated ...
zeros, eights, sixes and nines...
no other numbers can be rotated

Petersun: yeah it's possible.. that would be top dollar and best case scenario IMO... but once you factor in fees and shipping it's pretty much a push.
The owner of this note has a lot better chance taking this note to a show and trying to buy an item that trends at around $40.
