I am going no primarily due to the Cud on the emu on the Sixpence. For such an early striking like the Proof's there shouldn't be any type of die damage as it hasn't been used that much my guess is more a higher grade circulation strike. Threepence doesn't look like anything special and the flatness of the luster concerns me to the possibility of a heavier dipping at one point. Purely what I see from the photos may be wrong as photo's don't convey everything. In terms of the box the inlay and the fabric look right but the grey metal on the hinge doesn't look right when compared to other photo's as shown here:  |

I don't know how you can tell, beside the price one of the things that got my spidey senses working is
"Refer to pic for details. I have taken high resolution pics so you can zoom in and look at details"
the pics are lo res crap and you cant zoom in
"NO RETURNS, Please choose carefully"

I will have to make a mental note to never put a link up to ebay items if I actually want them! congrats trout on the good buy, I wish I was as confident as you as I really want some pre decimal proofs but am worried about being ripped off email me if they come back from pcgs and you want to sell them |
