Oh.. hard to tell. Obverse says VG-8, Reverse says F-15. I'll say F-12.

This coin appears to be weakly struck with VF20 levels of wear. I'd guess the correct grade to be F15.

i'd say F15 as well and agree with BH on strike issues. The lighting makes the relief on the obverse appear soft and mushy and the color is consistent but lighter than would be expected so I wonder if there was an old cleaning on this coin.

The color is a little darker in person, but the only way I could get a pic was setting my usb scope on a platform about 8 inches high and the led lights wash out the coin. someday I will figure out my camera and/or phone to get good images.
