Looks like a normal one from what I can see. The weakness is showing on the tail feathers and the leaves:

Thanks guys. Yeah, I was kinda hanging my hat on the sharp arrow tips. Didn't know about the arrow tail feather tips--but they look sharp too. I agree that the tail feathers and leaves are the weak points. If the strike isn't strong and there is a little wear it seems like the leaves and tail feathers get tough to see. coop, your're pictures are really nice. I think it's time to upgrade my loop wannabe....3x just isn't cutting it anymore.

Not type c its a type a low relief note the right most leaf/feather the LL of dollar leafs lack of split feather tail feathers and the leaf arrow here is a pic of my recent one

Keep in mind that the type "C" is the reverse of 1965. Just a few were used to finish out the year for this mint. So if it weak, it is a type "A". Just like the 1988 Cents, the new dies were fresh when the RPV 6 happened.
