no idea on this one, got me totally baffled.... again. 27 mm and weight is 10.81 grams   You will never soar like an eagle if you hang around with turkeys.....

I was tempted to think Akraga in Sicily. But I am veeery unsure.
Looks like an incandescent lightbulb on obv. with counter stamp ?

lol, sorry. I think you are close with that, it's a woman with wings but that is all I can make out...

I had the same impression at first.  The two animals could be lizards or amphibians. A winged, apparently female, person is feeding them? As I do not collect ancients my opinion is without bias.

It's not ringing a bell so far but maybe it's 'something'.
Then again, the entire winged figure design may have carved de novo on a very worn coin, or at least that's a possibility given the profound tooling.

The imagery it calls to mind is similar to coins issued by the city of Kaunos in Caria (modern-day southwestern Turkey) but I haven't seen any in bronze nor one with what appears to be a head/bust on the other side. Example:
