1882-S is a hard one sometimes because there is a lot of slight doubling going on you need to look for. First I would start with the date and mint mark. You mint mark appears to be set left but there are none listed that way and sometimes they do not get listed correctly especially if there are no plate photos on the page. I would guess that it is a tilted left mm. It looks like they are all listed with normal date positions so that won't help narrow it down. You will need to get some close ups of the date and other features for us to help. Or you can just click on every VAM until you see one that matches your coin. You will need a loop to see the doubling if there is any.

Concentrate on the date with this one. Almost all 1882-S varieties - there aren't really any value-added ones - are identified by various forms of date doubling.
