I always use my kindle to access this site. as of couple weeks ago it stopped working. keep getting error "Bad Header Request (Request Header too long". I have sent 2 messages to the contact email with no response. anyone know anything about this?

Try clearing your cache then restart the Kindle. That usually fixes that error (on any site) for me.

John. no, the kindle fire is an older model that does not have live support. the kindle worked great on the site when it was working

xshift, I will try that. not sure how, but i'll figure it out and report back if that corrects it.

While you have the browser open, press the icon at the bottom that looks like a square with lines across it. Then on the menu that pops up, press Settings. In there under Saved Data, there are options for "Clear all cookie data", "Clear cache", and "Clear history". I usually do the first 2, but you could try all 3.
