looks as if someone had put in some kind of glue and then had peeled off.IMHO

I know ! it's hard to tell.The reverse at the bottom of the shield looks like some deformity in the planchet but then again looks like some scrape marks above the anomaly but there's no zinc showing.I just don't know.I can't think of a way it happened during the minting process
