Planchet Error? 1951 Wheat Penny - Coin Community Forum

kanga Pillar of the Community United States 5825 Posts	Posted 01/30/2014 08:24 am IMO it's the result of debris on the planchet just before being struck. Then the debris fell off (or stuck to the die) after the strike. Report this Post to the Staff
