I got this one from a bulk load last year. It is beautifully mirrored and the reeding is crisp.

If it was an IKE and looked like this one I'd hardly have to ask if it was a proof. What would you give for a grade on it either way?

All New Zealand decimal proofs should have mirrored fields and frosted devices, which yours appears to have based on the pics and your description.
