Unfortunately fake (you can see that big lip where its been produced from 2 moulds which havent lined up properly). Bust looks African, reverse has greek characters - I'm leaning towards a fantasy piece, as I've never seen anything like it and I've been exposed to all sorts of stuff here, from Axum to Trebizond.
Another thing is the reverse design, which appears to be a horse from a Kushan coin, a wingless victory held by a roman god and a greek legend, which strikes me as an odd mashup fo designs (also, Victory is a bit off of where she should be).
Hopefully someone like ANoob will be able to point you towards the original.
