Hello, I picked up this worn-out Israeli fractional note for $1 because the Hebrew text and design was neat and it was issued by a country not yet 5 years old which is always a big draw. Of course it's in miserable condition. I don't own a copy of the Krause banknote catalog, so does anyone mind identifying the signatures and value (or is it just too far gone)?

Hi:

Your 1952 banknote it's #10c signature 3: Neeman and Eshkol.

The prices I have are: Unc 7.5, VF 3 and VG 0.75 BUT my book version is very old and anyway, it's better to see the real market value in places like ebay.

Nice bill! I collect also Israel banknotes.
