Partial-Collar-Nickel?

Partial-Collar-Nickel?

Not sure what kind of error this would be. Partial collar possibly?

It's either off-center or a misaligned die. Wait for the experts to chime in

Both sides are off so it's not a MAD.

Lovely off-center. Once design details start disappearing, value starts rising.

A partial collar is on the rim. So a few images of the rim area would be nice. It should look like this if it is a partial collar:
Partial-Collar-Nickel?
If the rim is normal, then it is an off center. Either way it is a nice error coin.
