No payment! ebay offers second chance offers to non winning bidders. So what happens if I give a second chance offer? I want to give the guy negative feedback, but his retaliatory feedback will screw my rating. If I give a second chance offer can we (the original winner) still give each other feedback? I would give people at least 10 days to pay in case they want to do check or money order. or possibly if they have a computer problem and are offline for a few days. since you said 24 hours i'd give him 3 days. With PayPal you can instantly send a payment. I clearly said must pay within 24 hours.
