Well I went down to my LCS(thankyou to them for handing out CCF fliers) and was met with a very busy shop without an open seat in site so I decided to head to the back of the shop and pull out the 25 cents a peice nickel bin which to my surprise was filled up with new nickels. After 3 minutes a man left and I got to take a seat, I quietly as possible searched for all the 1951 commem nickels and tombacs that I could find and put them aside. Later on a man brought in a ton of silver halfs,a ton of silver quarters all of which all were 1967s and about ten or twelve silver dollars, after the man had sold his silver stash and a box of misilanious coins(mainly nickels) and a bag of unsearched small cents my LCS owner let me search through it all for him the find better grades, dates and variety coins. Long story short I cherry picked a 1952 dollar with rotated dies and a die crack from the stash purchased earlier, 19 tombac nickels all with die cracks which are for my variety set and 31 1951 commem nickels 22 of which are new varieties for my set along with some supplies and all for $30

22 new varieties, or various errors?

Either way a pictorial would be great, when you get a chance.

They were things like die cracks, clashes etc.,they were all actual die varieties. I wish I could post pics but my camera is less than effective at getting a good shot of a coin never mind taking photos of hair thin die breaks and half moons and such things add that to the fact that I DONT have any cables to hook up my camera to the laptop.sorry

The tombac looks unc to my eyes especially since it still has its gold color to it.
The 1944s look like they would both warrant a F-15 scratch designation, if you're willing to spend a $20 bill you could get an MS-64 example.

Rest in Peace
