I believe this is referred to as the spitting Queen variety for 1963

thanks moosecountry bu I believe that variety is for the 1964 this is something they call ,,
occluded gas..
Trapped gas (in planchet) expands after strike,
giving coin a bulge that may or not appear on both sides.
