Unknown-Indian-Dump?

I've searched the images in SCWC for the 19th and 20th century and don't see anything that looks like this (in all honesty, any of these in the non-Arabic scripts are extremely difficult given the partial planchets, etc.) Anyway this measures about 18mm and weighs 6.06 grams.

Any help? Thanks in advance.
