Apmex Customer Service Is Excellent!

I've got no skin in the game and this is strictly a compliment from a satisfied customer. Have only placed 2 orders with them but have had various communications with them in the past. EVERY time I attempt communication, whether on-line chat, email, or phone, I've ALWAYS gotten a quick courteous response. Have placed a few orders with Provident also, and I'm not comparing companies here, just customer service, and I have NEVER gotten a reply from an email, and my only 2 phone conversations with them was like pulling teeth. I'm certainly one who is quick to complain if something goes wrong, so I also want to praise when it is well deserved. I just got off the phone with APMEX and told them the same thing.
