It means Good Fine, that is, better than Fine but not as good as Very Fine.

I think VF. I guess the scratches in the second picture are the so-called "adjustment marks".

Yes, adjustment marks, very common in the centuries XVII and XVIII . Thanks for yours opinions.

Probably a VF 20 on the Sheldon Scale, might scape a VF 30 - the Adjustment marks are fairly normal on these and shouldn't detract too much. A nice attractive coin.
