Looks like MS-63 with a good shot at a PL. Overall nice coin!

I'll say MS63, possibly 64, No PL. On these early San Frans the TPGs tend to be a bit more picky on handing out the PL designation and I don't think the reverse has quite enough contrast.

My pictures really didn't do any justice to the fields. I really struggle trying to get a decent shot through plastic. In hand it's a nice PL coin with frosty devices.

Is that a late die state coin? The marks on Lady Liberty's cheek, are they rust marks from off the die press?
